Responsibilities:

Customer Service Representative:

$15.50/hr + $0.50 language differential with opportunity to increase pay to $17.05/hr within 60 days. No experience required. We provide full-time paid training! Role starts full-time on-site with ability to work hybrid (1-2 days) after 60 days!

What You'll Do: 

* Serve as the voice of Boost Mobile, helping customers by resolving issues and promoting our services
* Maintain strong knowledge of our wireless products, accessories and pricing plans 
* Respond to customer inquiries regarding billing, devices, product features, troubleshooting, and hardware operation, with a focus on one-call resolution
* Identify opportunities for improving customer service and efficiency by analyzing call trends and providing feedback
* Become an advocate for customer needs, providing solutions for technical issues and offering support to a diverse consumer base

Additional Pay: Earn an additional $2/hr for shifts after 6 PM and on weekends!
