Job Title: Bilingual Security Account Manager
Location: Toronto, Ontario (GTA Region)
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday (40 hours/week)
Salary Range: $88,000 - $90,500 annually
Additional Compensation: Car allowance and fuel card
Overview:
Allied Universal(r) is seeking a Bilingual Security Account Manager for a high profile Tech Client to lead and manage client accounts across Canada. This role is responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery, operational excellence, and strong client relationships. The ideal candidate is fluent in French and English and has experience managing multi-site operations and remote teams. The Bilingual Security Account Manager will maintain a regular presence in the Toronto location with frequent GTA site visits.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as the primary contact for clients in the GTA, Montreal, and Alberta
* Conduct client meetings, site inspections, and operational reviews
* Prepare and present performance reports to clients and internal teams
* Monitor KPIs and implement service improvement strategies
* Manage budgets and ensure compliance with contract terms
* Lead or support investigations, audits, and incident responses
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
* Support operations with scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation
* Supervise and mentor on-site supervisors and security professionals
* Conduct regular site visits and performance evaluations
* Provide training and development opportunities to team members
Qualifications:
* Fluent in French and English (written and spoken) - required
* Ontario Security License - required
* Post-secondary education in Security Services, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience Requirements:
* At least 2 years of client-facing management experience in security services
* Experience managing multi-site operations and remote teams preferred
* Proven success in client relationship management and service delivery
* Background in customer service, law enforcement, military service, or risk management is a plus!
Work Environment:
* Hybrid work model: remote and office-based as needed
* Frequent travel within the GTA and occasional travel to other provinces (up to 10%)
* Must be comfortable working independently while traveling
