We are in Romania since 1994 and currently counting 1700 colleagues. #LI-BA1 Responsibilities: * Leads a team that develops and/or industrializes automotive components both as products and processes, according to the rules of the trade and applicable specifications within their scope. * Adheres to the regulations and legal obligations of General Product Safety and the Renault Design System, and proposes optimizations. * Is responsible, together with the team, for the robustness of the product/process design, quality, reliability, and performance, provides technical support to project stakeholders, accompanies designers, and proposes technical solutions. * Organizes, monitors, and reports the team's results to the hierarchy and project managers, anticipating and proposing optimization solutions. * Tracks the project's activity and periodically reports its progress. * Implements and proposes design solutions in compliance with technical specifications. * Monitors useful key performance indicators. Qualifications: * BS in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Design, or a related field; * Experience with CAD tools such as Catia V5/6; * Previous experience in automotive in areas such as: Body-in-White / Vehicle Package; * Fluency in English: writing and speaking; * Problem solving skills.
