Responsibilities:
* Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards.
* Provides prompt, courteous beverage refreshment service to casino guests.
* Maintains accountability for all cash receipts, complimentary charges, drink tokens, room charges, and issue banks.
* Keeps informed of continually changing promotional beverages, events, and services.
* Maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
* nteracts with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, professional, and friendly manner.
* Resolves service issues according to established guidelines.
* Serves tables in proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by supervisor.
* Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned.
* Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
* Previous Beverage experience required; one (1) year of cocktail server experience in a fast-paced environment preferred.
* Cash handling experience required.
* Must have excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
* Must have strong written and verbal communication skills; must be fluent and literate in English.
* Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
* Mobility and dexterity to carry and serve a tray of beverages weighing 15 pounds.
* Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with team members at all levels of the organization.
* Must be able to handle a flexible work schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
