Responsibilities:
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Resolve service problems according to guidelines.
* Appear in publicity photos.
* Promote casino events and programs.
* Provide fast, friendly, professional beverage service to casino guests; carries full trays on every round.
* Monitor guest consumption of alcohol and intervene as needed according to guidelines
* Take drink orders, communicates with bartenders, assist in the preparation of drinks and present drinks to guests.
* Handle money according to procedure; operate cash register, take money, make change, and make deposits at the end of shift.
* Maintains clean and stocked workstation.
* Participate as a team member with all servers, venue hosts, supervisors and kitchen staff in maintaining a smooth and efficient operation.
* Declare tips through time and attendance system at the end of each shift.
* Meet department uniform, appearance, and grooming requirements.
* Meet attendance guidelines of the job and adhere to regulatory, department, and company policies.
* Keep work areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris, and litter.
* Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner.
* Must adhere to regulatory, department and company policies.
* Perform other job related and compatible duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. * High school diploma or equivalent
* Excellent customer service/communication skills
* Ability to count money and change correctly
* Knowledge of tray service cocktail ingredients and/or prior server experience preferred
* Ability to earn and maintain ServSafe certification
* Ability to earn and maintain TiPS certification
* Available to work required schedule which may include nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
* Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
