Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities include: 

* Greet guests with a smile and a pleasant greeting
* Conduct oneself in a manner that reflects a positive and professional image.
* Keep Bars and self-serve stations clean and stocked as well as any additional duties that are assigned by leadership. 
* Responsible for familiarization of cocktails and prices to ensure proper ordering and expedition of beverage orders.
* Serve your assigned section in the proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by your supervisor.
* Follow all cash handling procedures of the F&B department. 
* Practice and observe safety rules and regulations and encourage others to do the same.
* Inform immediate supervisor if a critical supply or service situation should arise.
* Observe and anticipate guests' needs.
* Suggest and up-sell cocktails.
* Responsible for following the calling order when ordering cocktails.
* Ensure you are following your TIPS training for responsible alcohol service at all times. 

Qualifications:

* One (1) years' experience as a cocktail server in a fast-paced environment preferred. 
* Must have cash handling experience. 
* Must be able to successfully complete a TIPS (responsible service of alcohol) training class. 
* Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License. 
* Must be able to handle a flexible schedule. 
* Able to communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors.
* Must have excellent customer service skills.
* Must have excellent communication skills.
* Mobility and dexterity to carry and serve a tray of beverages weighing around fifteen pounds.
