Overview: Join the award-winning Atlantis team! We're looking for an experienced and motivated Beverage Manager to lead our beverage outlets. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of management experience in beverage operations (bartending, cocktail service, or mixology), strong knowledge of wine & spirits, and a passion for inspiring teams to deliver exceptional guest service. Responsibilities: * Responsible for practicing, supporting, and promoting Atlantis Casino "Every Player's Paradise" Company-wide culture and demonstrating Atlantis Casino Service Standards at all times. * Lead and motivate the Beverage team to uphold Atlantis service standards and deliver a world-class guest experience. * Recruit, hire, train, coach, and discipline team members as needed. * Oversee daily operations of all beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with company, health, and safety standards. * Monitor cleanliness, health code compliance, and proper use of supplies and equipment. * Develop and implement training to drive revenue through upselling, suggestive selling, and service excellence. * Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor costs in line with business needs. * Review and approve team performance evaluations and disciplinary actions. * Track financial performance, control costs, and apply financial data to improve operations. * Collaborate with leadership to enhance revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction. * Perform additional duties as assigned. Performance Expectations * Consistently deliver high levels of guest service aligned with Atlantis standards. * Maintain thorough knowledge of beverage service, wine, and mixology techniques. * Support professional development of supervisors through training and measurable goals. * Revamp and oversee beverage department training programs. * Meet departmental revenue and expense goals while controlling costs. * Respond promptly to requests, reporting, and operational needs. Qualifications: * 3-5 years of beverage management or supervisory experience (casino or hospitality preferred). * Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, cocktails, and mixology. * Ability to lead, motivate, and train a diverse team in a fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication and organizational skills. * Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and work on feet for extended periods. * Must be able to work nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. * Washoe County Health Card and Alcohol Awareness Card required (or ability to obtain). * Proficiency with POS systems and Stratton-Warren Inventory a plus.
