Responsibilities:
The Benefits Specialist will work together with the Benefits Team in the day-to-day administration of Cooper's benefits program. The Benefits Specialist must have effective interpersonal, communication, critical thinking and analytical skills with a strong customer service orientation and the ability to manage priorities and multiple projects within required timelines. He/she will take ownership of Health & Welfare responsibilities which can include open enrollment, new hire orientation, assisting with plan auditing, wellness initiatives, COBRA, ACA Reporting, as well as handling daily administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
