Job Summary
The Belonging Program Manager oversees efforts that cultivate Trilogy Health Service's aspiration to be the "best place you've ever belonged." They will ensure our experiences, policies, programs, and procedures support all employees and will advise and guide senior leadership, campus leadership, and employees on ways to work and lead more inclusively. Through strategic and proactive leadership, the Belonging Program Manager will oversee the Business Resource Groups (BRGs), partner with Employee Services to enhance hiring, onboarding, and retention, and play a key role in driving opportunities for our current and future customers, our communities, and the company.
Roles and Responsibilities
* Develops and implements a comprehensive Belonging strategy aligned with the company's mission, values and business goals.
* Serves as a trusted advisor on matters involving workplace culture, discrimination, identity, accessibility, inclusive language, etc.
* Stays current through researching and benchmarking Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging (DEIB) current best practices to identify internal and external opportunities; ensure compliance with evolving laws and executive orders.
* Establishes the structure to enable strategic contribution, in close partnership with the Business Resource Groups (BRGs) - including charters, steering committees, budgets, timelines, etc.
* Tracks Trilogy's Belonging Index, identify and execute strategies to enhance belonging and connection, and contribute to efforts that help to retain and engage our employees
* Leads the development and execution of communications and training efforts to advance a culture of Belonging and engagement
* Assesses the impact of Belonging-related strategic programs and measure progress; provide written and verbal updates to various audiences including senior leadership, campuses, and Home Office.
* Develops and oversees meetings, workshops, focus groups, and events to support the development and implementation of Belonging-related goals and initiatives throughout the organization.
* Ensures a Belonging lens is considered in relation to strategic planning, change management, policies and practices, learning and development, talent management, and employee engagement - providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions that foster a culture of Belonging.
* Provides guidance to leaders and Regional Directors of HR (RDHRs) on Belonging-related topics.
* Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor Degree
Experience: 3-5 years
Licenses and Certifications
Human Resources or DE&I certification preferred
Physical Requirements
Sitting, standing, bending, reaching, stretching, stooping, walking, and moving intermittently during working hours. Must be able to lift at least 20lbs. Must be able to maintain verbal and written communication with co-workers, supervisors, residents, family members, visitors, vendors, and all business associates outside of the health campus.
