Responsibilities:
- Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers. - Transports guest luggage to and from guests' rooms. - informs guests of emergency procedures and operation of amenities in guest room. - Ensures that all aspects of bus group luggage arrival and departure is handled efficiently. - Ensures guests are assisted in a quick and friendly fashion. - Stores and retrieves packages for guests.
Qualifications:
- Ability to bend, carry and reach, lift, push and pull up to 65 pounds so as to be able to move luggage from guests' cars to their rooms and vice versa throughout an eight-hour shift. - Ability to communicate effectively with customers, as well as all levels of employees. - Ability to move guests' luggage in an effective and efficient manner. - Ability to lift up to 65 pounds throughout an eight-hour shift. - Ability to communicate effectively with customers, as well as coworkers.   The skills and abilities necessary to this position are typically acquired through two months of on-the-job training or related experience.
