Responsibilities include: 

* Accurately transports guests' luggage to the assigned room following completion of the registration process.
* Picks up guests' luggage upon departure and transports to proper form of transportation or delivers for storage.
* Provides fast and flawless guest service by providing guests with information regarding Hotel/Casino amenities, special events, and travel directions.
* Assists guests with room changes and maintains room key security.
* Actively participates in maintaining a spotless and safe working environment.
* Completes required room slip information and submits/forwards to the appropriate personnel.
* Follows and ensures compliance with all established safety and security guidelines.

Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Previous experience as a Bell Person/Doorman preferred.
* Must have the ability to lift/move up to one hundred pounds assisted and possess the mobility and dexterity required to meet the demands incumbent to this position.
* Must be able to stand/walk 100% of shift.
* Ability to sustain a high level of professionalism.
* Ability to maintain a high level of energy.
* Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
* Ability to communicate written and verbal information effectively.
* Ability to provide excellent customer service skills.
* Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, holidays, and fluctuating days off.
