Overview: MHM Solutions, a Centurion company, is proud to be the provider of healthcare staffing solutions to state agencies within the state of Pennsylvania. We are currently seeking a Full Time Behavioral Specialist to join our team at Torrance State Hospital located in Torrance, Pennsylvania. Pay range $20 - 23/hour Responsibilities: The Behavioral Analyst is responsible for providing the Department with consultation in developing a plan to improve the delivery of services to people with autism in Pennsylvania. Qualifications: * Master's degree in psychology or related human services field * Experience in providing clinical services in a psychiatric facility or mental health agency * Knowledge of cognitive-behavioral treatment methods, sex offender treatment methods, and mental health theories, concepts and methods related to treatment * Demonstrated interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with a wide range of personalities * Competence in assessing, interviewing and managing patients with sex offending and personality disorders * Commitment to enhancing cultural competency * Basic computer skills and ability to communicate effectively via written, oral and email communications
