Responsibilities: Behavioral Therapist (LMHP) - Partial Hospitalization Program $15,000 Eligible Sign On Bonus! Are you a passionate and skilled therapist ready to make a significant impact? St. Alexius is seeking a full-time Licensed Mental Health Professional (LMHP) to join our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) team. In this vital role, you'll provide quality psychotherapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, to a diverse range of patients. You'll diagnose and treat mental health disorders, collaborate closely with our interdisciplinary team, and contribute to a supportive, recovery-focused environment. What You'll Do: * Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans. * Facilitate engaging therapy sessions using various modalities. * Provide crisis intervention and support as needed. * Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. * Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless care. * Champion evidence-based practices and professional growth. Qualifications: What You'll Bring: * Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related behavioral health field. * Current LMHP licensure in North Dakota (PLMHP/PLSCW or LMSW/LAPC). * Strong knowledge of mental health and substance use disorders, DSM criteria, and treatment planning. * Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills. * A commitment to ethical practice and patient-centered care. * Bonus: 2+ years of experience in mental health/addiction recovery.
