Overview: SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE! $8,000 JOB SPECIFICS The Behavioral Health Provider, LPC/LSW/LLMSW will follow the scientist practitioner model to receive intensive training in the application of the scientific method within context of clinical service delivery. The provider is responsible for providing direct patient care while under the supervision of an LCSW. This includes, but is not limited to comprehensive intake assessments, treatment planning, promoting patient progress with goals, individual, couples, family, or group therapy. This person will effectively manage a patient caseload and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care that is appropriate to the age and diagnoses of the patients served. This is an salaried position. * Range shown should be used as an estimate and can be impacted by many factors including but not limited to the critical need of the position, overall experience and qualifications, community need, and other considerations. Additional compensation components may be applicable such as bonuses or incentives which may or may not be based on metric achievement. Qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * Masters in Social Work Licenses/Certifications: LSW (Licensed Social Worker) in Illinois LLMSW (Limited License Social Worker) in Michigan LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft software. * Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to be detail oriented. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: * Experience working in a multidisciplinary team setting. * Exposure to a broad range and mix of cognitive and/or behaviorally-based interventions. * Individuals in this position will be working towards their LCSW and will need to obtain this licensure within 3 years from the date of hire. * Other requirements/information: Ability to efficiently document in electronic health record.
