Battery Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities:

* Design and conduct experiments to evaluate the performance of electrode materials.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate electrode designs into the manufacturing process.
* Scale up laboratory-scale processes to pilot and full-scale production.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to battery manufacturing.
* Document and report findings, maintaining comprehensive records of experiments and results.
* Understand and support cell design activities.
* Effectively communicate project status and proactively manage risk.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering
* Technical Background in EV battery cell development

* Hands-on experience in lithium ion battery cell manufacturing

* Strong understanding of electrochemical principles and materials science
* Background in battery cell design & process

* Demonstrated problem solving ability
* Ability to work with cross-functional teams and suppliers
* Ability to understand customer needs and translate into product requirements
* Able to work independently and demonstrates inherent desire to learn and improve
