Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:
* This position is responsible for providing a high level of customer service and promoting a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for our guests and team members.
* Maintains a professional appearance at all times, clean and well-groomed as per standard.
* Provides friendly, quick, and professional service to guests and co-workers.
* Mixes and prepares drink orders, according to Hollywood's standards; garnishes properly.
* Accurately operates cash register by ringing in all transactions, accepts payment, and provides change.
* Requests stock and checks bar to monitor stock levels.
* Maintains cleanliness of bar and station.
* Follows safety rules.
* Able to answer questions when asked about Hollywood operations.
* Prepares bars for the following shift by completing opening and closing duties.
* Notifies Supervisor if a guest appears intoxicated.
* Notifies Management of equipment problems.
* Attends all staff briefings and meetings.
* Other duties as assigned.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES/JOB DIMENSIONS Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established by Hollywood from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Team members with irregular attendance will be subject to Hollywood's disciplinary action procedures up to and including termination of employment.
Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or equivalent is required with a thorough knowledge of mixing drinks.
* Minimum 6 months of bartending experience is preferred.
* You must be at least 21 years of age.
* Ability to deliver great guest service.
* Must understand and speak the English language.
* Ability to stand for long periods of time.
* Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays depending on business needs.
