Responsibilities:
* Set up and maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar throughout the shift.
* Provide upscale service with extensive knowledge of fine dining standards.
* Possess in-depth knowledge of wines, spirits, and beer, as well as the full food menu.
* Confidently sell and present wine selections to guests.
* Demonstrate strong sales and communication skills.
* Greet and engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner.
* Take and deliver orders efficiently.
* Provide attentive service and follow up to ensure guest satisfaction.
* Maintain cleanliness in service areas, including bar tops and surrounding spaces.
* Assist with service bar operations.
* Adhere to uniform and appearance standards.
* Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
* Micros POS system, telephone, copier, file folders, fax machine, and other standard office equipment.
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in full-service bar operations, including beer, wine, and liquor.
