Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Establish a pleasant rapport with guests. * Thorough knowledge of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and their proper preparation, and ongoing knowledge of new drink trends. * Responsible for mixing and serving beverages directly to bar patrons as well as in a service station capacity to beverage/food servers as venue requires. * Accurate and efficient use of POS system. * Tracks usage and inventory and orders stock to maintain established pars. * Maintain awareness of guests alcohol intake following Alcohol Awareness Training * Keep work area neat and clean in accordance with all MD Department of Health standards. * At end of shift restocks station for start of next shift. * Maintain well-groomed appearance in accordance with Food & Beverage Grooming Standards at all times. * Participate as a team member with all servers, Barback, bartenders and any other casino personnel to ensure efficient operations. * Other duties may be assigned. Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS: * Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. * High School diploma or equivalent and six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. * Basic computer knowledge. * Required to stand and walk. * Is occasionally required to sit; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and taste or smell. * Must occasionally lift and/or move more than 25 pounds. * Must be able to obtain a Maryland Lottery License
