Responsibilities:

The Lobby Barista Attendant is responsible for servicing "& More" Coffee Bar and for providing the highest  quality service and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the hours of operation.

Qualifications:

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Have a minimum of 6 months of F&B outlet customer services experience to include cash handling preferably previous Barista experience.
* Be incredibly friendly customer centric love to smile and radiate a positive and accommodating attitude while interacting with customers.
* Provides a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Maintain regular attendance in compliance with Aimbridge Hospitality standards, as scheduled, which will vary according to the needs of the 
* Comply at all times with Aimbridge Hospitality standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
* Comply with certification requirements as applicable to position to include Alcohol Awareness, Food Handlers, Safety, etc.
* Perform opening and closing side work according to Aimbridge Hospitality standards to ensure that coffee bar area stocked and clean at all times
* Prepare and serve snack food and drink orders promptly and efficiently for Lobby, Lounge and Studio guests in a warm, friendly, courteous and professional 
* Be fully familiar with the operating procedures of the coffee and tea brewing equipment and use in accordance with manufacturer's guidelines.
* Follow Aimbridge Hospitality's portion control and cash handling procedures 
* Be familiar with the operation of the O.S. system and carry out cashiering functions in closing checks and servicing the guest.
* Follow all state liquor laws
