Omni PGA Frisco Resort is seeking a friendly and efficient Barista (Part Time)| Toast & Tee Coffee Collective to join our team.  Omni Frisco PGA Resort will provide north Texas with 127,000 square feet of event space, 13 new food and beverage outlets, an extravagant spa and a full entertainment district. Featuring two championship 18-hole golf courses along with a third short course, we will provide incredible options for our guests and local community for dining, events, and entertainment.

Toast & Tee Coffee Collective is a marketplace with a retro golf vibe serving up elevated breakfast and all-day grab and go items.

This team member will serve our guests by upselling beverages, pastries, and other selections, accurately process orders, and provide excellent service to all guests.

Responsibilities:

* Acts with integrity, honesty and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Omni Hotels & Resorts.
* Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard and to set a positive example for the shift team.
* Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating environment and customers for cues.
* Assists with new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
* Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer. 
* Discovers and responds to customer needs.
* Counts bank deposit at end of all assigned register shifts, and balances house bank.
* Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and product as needed.
* Maintains all Omni Hotels & Resorts attendance and punctuality standards.
* Maintains all Moments of Service standards.
* Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
* Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using Omni Service Champion (OSC) cards.
* Answers guest questions about menu items.
* Up-sells items.

Qualifications:

* Previous barista experience preferred.
* Must have cash handling experience.
* Must have a flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
* Must be able to bend, push, pull and stand for extended periods of time.
* Must be able to lift at least 30lbs.
* Must have unexpired Food Handlers and TABC - or obtain upon hire.
