Overview:
To handle all payment transactions for all foods and/or beverages/ or products purchased in the restaurant outlets.
Responsibilities:
* Prepare, serve, and sell coffee drinks, ice cream, sandwiches & soup, cold beverages & snacks and at all times ensuring that the products are fresh and of good quality
* Provide excellent customer service to guests/members and internal guests, as well as greeting guests who pass by
* Maintaining organization and cleanliness in the patio area in front and the library beside the outlet
* Multi-tasking by stocking, cleaning, preparing orders, processing orders in the computer & pleasant professional conversation with customers.
* Follow all cleanliness standards and complete daily opening and closing checklists consistently.
* Processing forms of payment correctly and obtaining all required guest information per transaction.
Normal Working Hours: (Shift, days)
* 8-9 hours per day in season (may vary more or less) Must be able to work between the hours of 5:45 AM to 11 PM, this is dependent upon job status and availability.
* Weekends and holidays
* Days off vary due to business levels
