The Bariatric Program Coordinator is responsible for assessing, planning, directing, implementing, coordinating and evaluating the effectiveness of the day to day operations of the Bariatric Program in accordance with the facility policies, philosophy objectives and standards. Accountable for COE compliance.

Qualifications:

In addition to bringing humankindness to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

* 5 years experience as a Registered Dietitian or Registered Nurse, with preferred management experience and Bariatric experience.
* Registered Dietitian with ADA certification OR current state of employment RN license.
* Must have a H.S. Diploma or GED and 4 or more years of direct experience in the job to be qualified. OR An associate degree with 2 or more years of direct experience in the job to be qualified.

Medium Work - exert/lift up to 50 lbs. force occasionally, and/or up to 20 lbs. frequently, and/or up to 10 lbs. constantly
