Responsibilities: * Maintains a positive attitude at all times, supporting the policies of Senior Management of the Casino. * Adhere to established department and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. * This is a uniformed position, which requires that team member's are in compliance with uniformed appearance standards while on duty. * Clean bar and equipment and replenish bar supplies. * Stock refrigeration units with inventory. * Replace empty beer kegs. * Wash glasses, bar equipment, and polish bar fixtures. * Mop floors, carry out trash, remove empty bottles. * May assist bartender in the mixing and serving of drinks. * Keep bar area clean and organized at all times * Responsible for assisting all F&B outlets if needed * Perform EDI duties such as filling beverage orders for F&B outlets, fill liquor tree, replace empty BIBS. * Responsible for assisting serving drinks on casino floor, when needed. * All other duties as assigned. Qualifications: * High School Diploma or GED equivalent * Must have excellent guest service skills * Must be very friendly and outgoing. * Must be able to stand for a minimum eight (8) hour shift. * Locations on casino floor are noisy and smoky. * Will also encounter intoxicated guests frequently. * Provide representation of department in specific project and company meetings. *
