Responsibilities: * Adheres to all departmental and property policies and procedures regarding guest service standards. * Responsible for the breaking down and cleaning of bar outlets; cleans reach-ins, beer and keg coolers, elevators, and wine containers. * Cleans service stations, including drains, counters, guns, ice bins, boots, speed racks, EDi's, and syrup containers. * Checks and maintains the required bar stock; maintains cleanliness and order in assigned station. * Responsible for removing trash and disposing of all boxes. * Obtains replacement stock from the warehouse inventory in accordance with established procedures; maintains stockroom cleanliness. * Assists bartender in providing maximum efficiency and service levels by retrieving guests' special requests, and during busy times, icing drink glasses and pouring non-alcoholic drinks. * Cleans glass washer and drains; maintains equipment (e.g., blenders, mixers, etc.). * Performs all other related and compatible duties as assigned. * Maintains strict confidentiality in all company matters.
