Overview: NorthStar Anesthesia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Assistant Chief CRNA to join our anesthesia leadership team at Baptist Health Floyd! This role blends clinical excellence with administrative leadership, supporting the Chief CRNA in overseeing daily operations, staffing, and quality initiatives across the anesthesia department. Great compensation package! $246K! $230K base + $6K Leadership stipend!
