Responsibilities: * Serve menu items to guests in the Casino or Hotel in a courteous and according to established rules of etiquette/banquet team standards * Serve meal courses in time to correspond with the dining pace of the guests * Perform pre-shift and post-shift side work, set-up, condiments etc. * Clear tables after service and maintain the cleanliness of banquet areas * Observe guests to fulfill any additional requests * Assist with set up and break down of function space, and plating of meals * Ensure a safe working environment for team members * Attend regular meetings as scheduled * Other job-related duties as assigned Qualifications: * Good communication skills * Possess general knowledge of banquet operations * Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members at all levels of the organization * Skilled in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with staff and customers' ability to read, write, and communicate verbally in English * Ability to perform intermediate math * Ability multi-task * Understand and comply with all company and departmental rules and regulations, policies and procedures
