				Overview:

We are looking for a Banquet Houseman to join our team and help create memorable event experiences. This role is responsible for setting up, breaking down, and maintaining cleanliness in all banquet and convention spaces, ensuring they meet guest expectations and Omni standards.This position pays $13/hour plus 6% of the total weekly Banquet Commission through the Houseman's distribution.

Responsibilities:

* Set up, stock, and maintain meeting and event rooms to meet guest expectations

* Refresh meeting rooms during meals and coffee breaks to ensure continued service

* Complete the final breakdown and cleaning of meeting rooms after events

* Ensure all equipment is cleaned and returned to its proper location

* Follow instructions provided on the Banquet Event Order (BEO) to ensure seamless execution

* Assist other departments as needed to provide exceptional service to guests

Qualifications:

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

* Strong multitasking skills to handle various tasks simultaneously

* Capability to stand and walk for extended periods or an entire shift

* Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs without assistance

* Previous houseman or similar experience preferred

* Must be flexible and available to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
