Responsibilities: Reports to: Food & Beverage Supervisor Primary Purpose: Assists Wait Staff in providing service to customers. Stocks, removes, and resets dishes, glassware, flatware, table linens and other related restaurant supplies. Responsibilities: * Removes soiled or unused dishes, glassware, flatware, table linens or other related restaurant supplies from customers' tables. * Resets tables as necessary. * Stocks dining areas and assists with table settings. * Serves beverages, refills water, coffee and tea as needed. * Maintains cleanliness and sanitation of dining room areas * Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Education/Certification: High school diploma preferred. Work Experience: * Prior work experience in similar position preferred, but no previous experience required. * Ability to read, speak, and understand English preferred. * Ability to perform duties safely, swiftly and accurately while providing courteous and friendly customer service.
