Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:

Promote and maintain all steps of the outstanding guest service program with each patron and team member you may come in contact with working directly with the Marketing Team

Maintains upbeat, positive attitude, friendly and helpful demeanor, positive energy, and enthusiasm from one interaction to the next.

Utilizes smiles and frequent eye contact and a friendly tone of voice to project warmth and friendliness.

Creates an atmosphere of luck and celebrates customer wins.

Is ready to serve and well informed of daily facility hours of operation, promotional programs and any other relevant valuable guest information; builds relationships by greeting guests with a warm, friendly verbal greeting.

Provides a warm farewell and thanks guests for visiting.

Responsible for talking with customers, posing for pictures, and interacting will guests while projecting the Hollywood brand.

Qualifications:

igh School diploma or equivalent and/or six months related experience and/or training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.  Basic computer knowledge. Prior entertainer experience preferred. Must be able to work flexible shifts, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to wear and appear comfortable in uniform/costumes. Adheres fully to established company and departmental appearance standards; including uniform, hygiene, and general appearance guidelines at all times. Must be able to be licensed by the Maine Gambling Control Board.
