Overview:
Our mission is to forge and foster relationships with Boston youth, aged 14 to 18, who are eligible for employment. Officers and civilian staff provide mentorship, resources, and support to improve their quality of life.

We conduct workshops and presentations on financial literacy, substance abuse, and youth-police dialogues, in addition to facilitating visits to various local colleges.
Responsibilities:
- Must have an interest in physical fitness. - Must have an interest in working with law enforcement.
- Ability to work well and get along with both adults and peers.
- Encouraged to take on leadership roles and engage in public speaking.
Qualifications:
- Physically capable of completing basic exercises.
- Must be present for six weeks unless due to an emergency or prior engagement.
- Employees cannot be absent for more than three working days.
- Employees must participate in all individual and group workshops.
