You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design, and develop data models, create visualizations and reports, and provide insights that drive data-informed decision-making. Responsibilities: * Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their data and reporting needs, translating requirements into effective Power BI solutions. * Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that effectively communicate insights and key metrics to stakeholders. * Prepare reports on KPIs, Headcount, Financial or other data upon business request. * Design & incubate automation reporting solutions (through Marcos, Power Automate, etc.). * Interact with business stakeholders to understand the specific business needs. * Proactively transform the business needs into technical specifications. * Design and develop data models, data transformations, and data connections to ensure accurate and efficient data retrieval and analysis. * Conduct data analysis and perform data profiling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations based on findings. * Optimize performance of Power BI solutions, including data refresh schedules, query optimization, and report rendering. * Ensure accuracy of the reports, data integrity, security, & compliance with organizational policies & standards. * Stay up to date with the latest Power BI features, updates, and best practices, and provide recommendations for enhancements and improvements. * Conduct user training sessions and create documentation to empower users to leverage Power BI effectively. * Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI reports, data connections, and performance. * Manage the prioritization queue and provide SLA standard of response times to requestors. Qualifications: * Any graduate, certification in Power BI or Data Science is preferable. * 5-7 years relevant reporting experience, preferably in education/learning section or service delivery organizations with touch on various domains. * Proficiency in developing & maintaining BI reporting dashboards, reports, & visualizations. * In-depth knowledge of Power BI features, including DAX expressions, data modeling, and custom visuals. * Excellent IT skills, specifically advanced MS Excel, VBA macros & MS SQL. * Experience in data analysis, data modeling, or business intelligence roles. * Experience with data integration and ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading. * SQL skills & ability to write queries to retrieve & manipulate data. * Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices. * Solid understanding of data visualization principles and best practices. * Knowledge of data governance and security principles.
