Overview:
Information Technology Services team members are responsible for securely managing information systems throughout their lifecycle, including; knowing what information systems are within their scope of responsibility, understanding what sensitive data is stored, transmitted, or processed on those information systems, enforcing the security principles of least privilege and least functionality, knowing what events may constitute an information security incident, and understanding their role in security incident response activities.
The position of BI Analyst requires an individual that can communicate, translate and deliver business intelligence capabilities and content across the enterprise. From a set of business requirements, they are able to design and develop business intelligence content using SAP Business Objects Suite, Epic Cogito Framework and/or SQL, as well as work with ETL team to create stored procedures, functions views and extracts. Team members shall have the ability to work with databases, spreadsheets and other business intelligence software. BI Analysts should have strong analytical and problem solving skills as they often analyze statistics/metrics and need to troubleshoot and trace report issues to root cause. The role of BI Analyst often requires interfacing with business owners. Team members often need to present and train on newly developed business intelligence capabilities via web meetings or in person, therefore, strong communication skills are required.

Qualifications:
* Education: High School Diploma required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
* Experience: IT knowledge and some experience preferred.
* Licensure / Certification / Registration: Obtain Application System Certification as required. Must pass all certification with a passing grade within three tries for each test or project from each class required.
* Additional Skills/Requirements required: Ability to drive/travel to multiple locations/facilities as needed. Solid knowledge/usage of Structured Query Language (SQL). Solid knowledge/usage of SAP Business Objects Suite, Crystal Reports, and/or other similar business intelligence tools. Solid knowledge of Excel and other database tools.
* Additional Skills/Requirements (Preferred): Knowledgeable of relevant business workflows and functions.
