BEVERAGE SERVER - PART TIME

Responsibilities:

* Responsible for fostering a fun environment.
* Responsible for being a gracious host to all guests and co-workers.
* Responsible for promoting a positive influence in the community and participating in company-sponsored events.
* Ensure interactions with internal and external guests follow the guidelines of the ACES Service Program.
* Monitors guest consumption of alcohol and intervenes as needed according to company policy and T.I.P.S training.
* Promote gaming events and promotions.
* Process cash and credit card transactions for guests while maintaining the integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities.
* Prepare and pour drinks with proper measured portions and ingredients according to recipe and in accordance with standard operating procedures. 
* Slice fruit as required.
* Maintain a clean and stocked workstation. 
* Comply with state, company, and department policies and regulations.
* Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
* Provide fast, accurate ACES Service to every guest while making rounds. 
* Keep service wells clean, trash-free and sanitized.
* May be required to stock if a bar back is unavailable.
* Will provide breaks for bartenders when needed.
* Must meet sales goals as directed by your supervisor.
* Will work special events, as needed.
* Other Duties, as needed.

Qualifications:

* Must be 21 or older. 
* Must have high school diploma or equivalent. 
* Must have outgoing, energetic and enthusiastic attitude.
* Must be able to describe drink specials and beer flavor profiles to guests.
* Must enjoy hosting others.
* Must be comfortable initiating conversations and creating a fun environment with our guests.
* Able to promptly and accurately follow instructions given by Supervisor or Manager.
* Must qualify for licensing by Ohio Lottery Commission.
* Must be able to work as a team.
* Must be able to tolerate a high stimulus environment.
* Must be able to work a at a very fast pace and walk long distances throughout the shift.
* Must be able to pass a background check.
* Must have open availability including all three shifts, weekends, and holidays.
* Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy.
* Must be able to respond to visual and oral cues.
