Responsibilities: General Accountabilities: * Provides prompt, courteous beverage refreshment service to casino guests. * Maintains accountability for all cash receipts, complimentary charges, drink tokens, room charges, and issue banks. * Keeps informed of continually changing promotional beverages, events, and services. Maintains integrity of all financial controls and responsibilities. * Interacts with guests and co-workers in a helpful, positive, professional, and friendly manner. * Serves tables in proper order of arrival with exceptions in common sense situations or as ordered by supervisor. * Clean, organize, and stock glassware, coffee, water, beverage napkins, ashtrays, and straws. Qualifications: Qualifications: * Prior customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred. * Previous cash handling experience a plus. * Ability to multitask and problem solve. * Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues. * Ability to stand and walk throughout the duration of shift. * Excel at working independently and as part of a team. * Must obtain a Bossier ABO and LACT.
