				Overview:

Behavior Clinical Supervisor for Adult Clinic

*Must be a licensed BCBA*

San Antonio, TX 78209

Provide direct oversight and supervision to Behavior Clinicians. Provide behavioral support services to consumers with mental health and/or behavioral support service needs. This person must be a BCBA and it's a hybrid position paying up to $70,000 a year. Applicant must be willing to travel to clinic location. Position is full time with flexible hours.

Responsibilities:

* Complete a monthly 5-10% sample audit on supervised staff's case notes, monthly summaries, behavior support plans, and functional assessments. Provide written and verbal feedback to the staff.
* Ensure that all notes are finalized in the system within 48 hours of service rendered by supervised clinicians.
* Approve or deny PTO request from staff.
* Conduct on-the-job training for new contractors and employees
* Review p-card purchases (receipts) for supervised staff.
* Assist with gathering information to complete billing, payment, and authorizations per State Director request.
* Complete a minimum of 100 billable hours a month.
* Ensure all supervised clinicians have completed required trainings and on-going CEUs. This information must be saved in each clinician's Therapy Notes folder.
* Provide coverage for supervised clinician's caseload as needed.
* Conduct bi-monthly meetings (via Zoom, telephone, in-person, etc.) with all supervised clinicians.
* Participate in interviews if requested by State Director.

Other duties as assigned:

* Ensure all behavior support plans are current and contain appropriate measurable goals
* Ensure that all billable hours are being used appropriately and based on the needs of the individuals
* Provide support for behavior clinician(s) with regards to scheduling coverage to ensure billable hours are being used appropriately based on the needs of the consumer.
* Stay current with all updates to State and Federal Regulations regarding services provided
* In-service behavior clinician(s) on all changes made to regulations
* Participate in community activities that will lead to company growth, including but not limited to:
* Meet with potential consumers and families
* Attend community functions that are geared for potential recruitment and program development
* Meet with school districts to provide current information on Spring Health Behavioral Health and Integrated Care Services
* Explore other funding sources ex: children's services, Department of Education Services, etc.

Qualifications:

* Master or doctorate degree in a human related field that meets or exceeds state funding source specific requirements
* Independently licensed or certified
* Three or more years' experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities
* Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst
* Management experience
* Experience reviewing behavior support plans and FBA
* Ability to multi-task
* Ability to utilize Microsoft Office (work, excel, etc.)
