Responsibilities: SUMMARY The beer cart attendant is responsible for all the beverage needs of guests throughout the gaming floor. The attendant will greet guests, prepare, and serve drink orders, and collect payment for drinks served. The ideal candidate will have had experience in high volume dining venues/beverage service knowledge and has great communication skills. * Tracks the number of drinks served to individual guests throughout the entire shift * Processes transactions according to procedure * Practices responsible alcohol awareness * Maintains a clean environment by clearing glasses and cleaning ashtrays * Adheres to all guidelines associated with responsible alcohol standards Qualifications: * Must be 21 years of age * High school completion or equivalent required * Alcohol & Food Handlers Certifications required
