				Overview:
The mission of Boston Centers for Youth & Families (BCYF) is to improve the quality of life for Boston residents by offering a variety of programs and activities. BCYF is the largest youth and human services agency in the city of Boston.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with accepting youth into the program daily and directing them to the breakfast area.
- Organize and participate in daily activities, including board games, arts & crafts, computer time, gym time (sports), etc.
- Lead groups throughout the building in an organized manner to ease transition times.
- Assist with overseeing lunchtime and bathroom breaks.
- Participate in youth development workshops.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills preferred; open to training willing candidates.
- Patience with younger children is strongly recommended.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Ability to lift 15+ lbs to prepare work areas.
