What You Can Expect:
* Conducts comprehensive assessments, including thorough observations, interviews, and analysis of medical records and other relevant information
* Develops and manages program oversight and compliance in collaboration with service line leadership
* Provides supervision to behavioral interventional staff, including staff development, training, and modeling for team members in strategies and methodologies for successful implementation of the treatment plan in inpatient and clinical settings
* Variety of inpatient and outpatient settings
* Local travel required

Qualifications:
* Education: Master's Degree
* Experience: 6 years experience
* Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a License as a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).

Responsibilities:
The Manager Social/Behavioral Health 1 is responsible for planning and implementing programs to meet the social and emotional needs of patients and patient's families. Responsible for 1+ service area or smaller clinic(s) and staff. Scope: Typically responsible for oversight of a single service area (clinic/hospital unit).
* Provides clinical and program oversight for the social services/behavioral health staff.
* Directs and guides staff in conducting assessments and interventions.
* Attends/conducts staff and department meetings, in-service training and continuing education.
* Serves as an expert resource to staff to assist with complex and/or difficult issues in areas of oversight.
* Assists with programmatic planning, policy formulation and implementation.
* Budget development and fiscal accountability for areas of oversight.
* Works collaboratively with interdisciplinary team to ensure understanding and adherence to standards of practice and relevant policies and procedures for areas of oversight.
* Will select, develop, coach, mentor, and assess performance of staff.
* Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Qualifications:
* Education: Master's Degree
* Experience: 6 years experience
* Licenses/Certifications: Must hold a License in the State of Practice in one of the following: Licensed Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LCPC) OR hold a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst).
