Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Responsibilities:

General Accountabilities: 

* Interacts with beverage servers and guests in a friendly and enthusiastic manner. 
* Ensures that the outlet is maintained and cleaned during all periods of operation. 

* Maintaining par levels of operating supplies and equipment for each bar, obtaining replacement stock from warehouse inventory in accordance with procedure. 
* Storing liquors, fruits, glassware, linen, paper supplies and sundries in their designated areas, while following established storage guidelines and safety procedures. 
* Maintains inventory of all bar related products. 
* Supports bartender needs; ices drink glasses and pours non-alcoholic drinks as needed. 
* Removes and properly disposes of all refuse and debris accumulated in restaurants and service stations in accordance with department procedures; sorts of bottles and corrugated cardboard for recycling.   

* Completes related job duties assigned by Supervisor. 

Qualifications:

Qualifications: 

* Must be at least 21 years of age.  
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred. Prior Food & Beverage experience helpful, but not required.  

* Must obtain Bossier ABO and LACT. 
* Familiarity with bar environment preferred.  
* Ability to tolerate second-hand smoke, noise, and bright lights.  
* Ability to work at a fast pace in often crowded/noisy environment.  
* Ability to stand, lift, walk, bend, and stoop throughout duration of shift.
