As an Azure Cloud Specialist, you will enable organizations to adopt, optimize, and manage Microsoft Azure environments. Your work ensures clients achieve scalability, security, and cost efficiency in their cloud journey.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Design and implement Azure-based solutions aligned with client needs.
* Support migration projects from on-premises to Azure.
* Optimize cloud environments for performance, security, and cost.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
* Provide technical guidance and best practices to clients.
* Monitor and troubleshoot Azure services to ensure reliability.
Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of customer‑facing experience in customer service, account management, or customer success roles.
* Minimum 1 years of experience with cloud technologies - Azure / AWS / GCP / Alibaba.
* Should have good knowledge or prior experience working on Microsoft products.
* Good to be Microsoft certified or Cloud certified.
* Should have customer facing experience.
