The Role
As Business Development Director (Individual Contributor), you will spearhead growth for Azure, Data & AI services in Malaysia. This is a high-impact role focused on building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering solutions that transform businesses.
Objectives
* Drive revenue growth for Azure, Data & AI offerings.
* Position SoftwareOne as a trusted advisor for enterprise clients.
* Collaborate with global teams to deliver innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Azure, Data & AI.
* Build and nurture relationships with C-level stakeholders.
* Identify and close new business opportunities.
* Partner with technical teams to design tailored solutions.
* Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
Qualifications:
* Existing Full-Time Work Rights in Malaysia preferable
* Ability to commute to our office in Kuala Lumpur and visit clients in Malaysia
* Proven success in business development within cloud and data solutions.
* Strong understanding of Azure, Data & AI technologies.
* Experience engaging with enterprise clients and senior decision-makers.
* Ability to lead complex sales cycles and deliver strategic outcomes.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
