Responsibilities:
Mead & Hunt, a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, is seeking an Experienced Project Manager to join our collaborative and innovative Aviation team.
Responsibilities include:
* Serving as the project manager for aviation projects
* Leading and performing aviation civil engineering tasks
* Preparing reports, budgets, cost estimates, specifications, plans, schedules, studies, and permits
* Leading proactive client interactions and communications with regards to FAA programming, and state and government agencies
* Performing QA/QC tasks
* Supporting onsite during construction as the Engineer of Record, providing construction management/construction administration management to resident engineering teams.
* Travel within the FAA Northwest Mountain Region is required (approximately 20% of time)
A valid driver's license and good driving record is preferred. A background check may be required.
The successful candidate must have:
* A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field from an accredited college or university AND at least eighteen (18) years of relevant experience
* PE required
The ideal candidate will have any/all of the following:
* Experience leading complex aviation design and construction projects
* Airport design experience at medium or large hub airports
* Experience serving as the project manager on aviation projects
* PMP certification
* Experience mentoring and leading engineering project teams
* Construction management experience
* Minium two years' experience at a project manager level
* Licensed civil engineer in Washington, Oregon, or Colorado (or has the ability to obtain state specific license through NCEES)
* Proficient AutoCAD Civil 3D skill set

Salary Range: $155,000 - $206,000 - Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
