Responsibilities:

* Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
* Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
* Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
* Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
* Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
* Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors

Qualifications:

* Nissan/Infiniti certifications or 2+ ASEs required, OR 3+ years of Nissan/Infiniti dealership experience if no certifications
* Flat-rate (flag) dealership experience required
* Strong Diagnostic and Repair Skills
* Proven Track Record of Performance and Reliability
* Commitment to Delivering a Top-Tier Customer Experience
* Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team
* Valid Driver's License and Clean Driving Record
* High School Diploma or Equivalent
