Responsibilities:
* Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately, following dealership and factory standards
* Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
* Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs
* Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures
* Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
* Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology
* Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors
Qualifications:
* Previous experience as an automotive technician/mechanic
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
* National Institute of Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification(s) or certification(s) in different specialized areas such as brakes, electrical/electronic systems or engine performance preferred
* Excellent customer service skills
* Professional appearance and work ethic
* Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
