Automotive Service Advisor - Group 1 Nissan Southwest Houston

				Overview:

Group 1 Automotive is a fast-growing leader in automotive retail, and we are looking to add qualified Automotive Service Advisor to our team at Nissan Southwest Houston.

Responsibilities:

* Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
* Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
* Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
* Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
* Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information

Qualifications:

* Strong sales acumen or minimum 1 year of experience as an automotive service advisor
* Proven track record of accountability, teamwork, and initiative, with the ambition to grow into a leadership or management position within the organization
* Familiarity with CSI scores/customer surveys
* Valid driver license in the state that you will work and a good driving record
* Excellent customer service skills
* Professional appearance and work ethic
* Must pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
