What You'll Do:
* Greet and assist customers in a professional, courteous manner

* Clearly explain service needs and recommended maintenance

* Coordinate repair and maintenance work with technicians

* Keep customers informed on service progress and any changes

* Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention

What We're Looking For:
* Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred

* Friendly, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills

* Ability to communicate clearly and effectively

* Basic computer and technology skills

* A strong desire to deliver an exceptional client experience

* Ability to meet performance goals

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Valid driver's license
