Responsibilities:

* Demonstrate vehicles by explaining features, benefits, and warranties; conduct test drives and compare competitive models 

* Prospect daily for new customers and maintain relationships with previous buyers  

* Maintain high Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores.  

* Implement follow-up systems to encourage repeat and referral business 

* Stay informed on product updates, inventory, and accessories to better serve customers 

* Set and achieve personal sales goals aligned with dealership standards 

Qualifications:

* Previous Customer Service Experience
* Previous Automotive Sales Experience is a plus!
* Professional Appearance
* Positive & Friendly Attitude
* Interpersonal Communication Skills
* Basic Computer Skills
* High School Diploma or Equivalent 
* Must have a Valid Driver's License
