We offer... * 4 Day Work Week * On-the-job training * Latest equipment in the industry * A path to become a master technician * Health, Dental, Vision, Life, and Disability insurance * 401(k) plan with company match * Paid Time-Off * Employee Stock Purchase Plan * Employee Vehicle Purchase Program Responsibilities: * Perform basic vehicle maintenance (oil change, tire rotations, various fluid flushes) * Perform a vehicle multi-point inspection to ensure the proper operation of a vehicle and the safety of the customer (Check fluids, filters, battery test, tires, suspension components, and the overall integrity of the vehicle) * Perform a video multi-point inspection * Fill out a vehicle multi-point inspection form, that includes multi-media attachments * Maintain a clean and organized work environment * Ensure proper handling of a customer's vehicle * Comply with all company safety policies and procedures * Report any damaged or malfunctioning equipment * Ensure the company's core values are met with fellow employees and customers Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Valid driver license. * Self Motivated and willingness to learn * Professional appearance and work ethic.
