				Overview:

TISTA is looking for an experienced Automation Tester with hands-on expertise with Momentum Suite platform. This role will support federal IT initiatives by executing automated, end-to-end testing across web, desktop, and API layers. The ideal candidate will have deep familiarity with Momentum Suite and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC/STLC processes.

Responsibilities:

* Review requirements, specifications, and documentation to understand verification processes.
* Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Momentum Suite and modern tools.
* Apply best practices like BDD, modularization, and data-driven testing to enhance reusability.
* Execute functional (smoke, API, regression, end-to-end, UAT) and non-functional (508, performance, security) testing.
* Maximize automation coverage across all testing types.
* Collaborate with stakeholders and analysts to communicate results and resolve defects.
* Log issues in defect management systems and generate traceability matrices and test reports.
* Support UAT and provide task estimates and testing metrics to project management.

Qualifications:

* 10+ years of hands-on experience with test automation frameworks.
* Momentum experience required.
* Proficiency with Momentum Suite and tools like Selenium, CodeceptJS, Karate-DSL.
* Strong programming skills in Java, JavaScript, or Python.
* Experience using tools like Jenkins and GitHub. 
* Strong SQL experience/skills and data-driven testing.
* Experience with APIs for data integration.
* Ability to work independently and perform thorough requirement analysis.
* Understanding of federal accounting principles (nice to have).
*  Experience working in an Agile environment.
* Strong technical troubleshooting skills.
* Strong communication skills.

Education:

* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or techical discipline is required.

Clearance: 

* The ability to pass a Tier 2/Modest Background Investigation.

Location: 

*  Remote, USA

Pay Range: 

* The suggested pay for this position ranges from $69,240 to $90,500.
* The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
* Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses.
