				Overview:

Colliers Engineering & Design is seeking a Design Technology Application Success Lead to support our Buildings Division, with a primary focus on Autodesk Revit and related Autodesk applications with a concentration in MEP systems. 

This role will play a key part in advancing design technology strategies, optimizing software workflows, and providing critical training and support across our buildings teams. Reporting to an Application Success Manager, this position will collaborate with stakeholders across disciplines to ensure alignment with company-wide design technology standards, best practices, and business objectives. While Autodesk Revit is the primary focus, experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud, AutoCAD, and other related Autodesk products is also highly valued, as many of our clients utilize multiple applications.

Responsibilities:

* Serve as the subject matter expert for Autodesk Revit (MEP focus preferred), Autodesk Construction Cloud, and AutoCAD as needed.
* Develop, implement, and maintain company-wide standards, workflows, and best practices for Revit MEP design tools.
* Support and optimize the use of Autodesk Construction Cloud products (Docs, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination).
* Provide day-to-day support to project teams, including troubleshooting issues and advising on best practices.
* Conduct training, onboarding, and mentoring for new and existing employees to strengthen Revit and MEP modeling skills.
* Meet regularly with teams to identify challenges, gather feedback, and propose process improvements.
* Research, test, and evaluate new tools, plugins, and technologies that improve efficiency in MEP modeling and documentation.
* Maintain Revit add-ins, firmwide templates, content libraries, and project standards to ensure consistency across deliverables.
* Contribute to high-profile project deliverables by ensuring adherence to firmwide modeling and visualization standards.

Qualifications:

* 5+ years of experience working in Autodesk Revit with a strong concentration in MEP systems (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Technology, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
* Demonstrated experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (Docs, Design Collaboration, Model Coordination).
* Familiarity with AutoCAD and its integration with Revit.
* Proven ability to develop, document, and implement standardized workflows and training materials.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to provide technical support both in-person and remotely.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple disciplines.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing templates, standards, and project support requests.
* Deep understanding of Revit MEP modeling, family creation, system workflows, and coordination processes.
* Ability to train staff at varying skill levels and onboard new employees effectively.
* Ability to work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure technology supports project goals.
* Willingness to travel up to 10% to company offices across the U.S.
* Ability to read, write and understand English for purposes of comprehending written job-related communications and verbal instructions and interactions.

Compensation: $60,405-$83,695 per year (depending on qualifications)
